This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that United Trucks Ltd has taken, and continues to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.

Due Diligence
 

To minimise the risk of modern slavery:

  • We carry out checks on suppliers and subcontractors where appropriate
  • We work with reputable pallet networks and industry-recognised partners
  • We reserve the right to terminate relationships where breaches are identified
 
Training & Awareness
 
Our management team is aware of the risks of modern slavery within the transport sector and remains vigilant to any indicators of exploitation or unethical practices.
 
Reporting Concerns
 
Employees and contractors are encouraged to report any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking without fear of retaliation. Any reports will be investigated promptly and appropriately.
 
Approval
 
This statement has been approved by the management of United Trucks Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
