Terms & Conditions
These Terms apply to all transport services provided by United Trucks Ltd.
Services
We provide road haulage and pallet network distribution services within the UK.
Liability
- Liability is limited in accordance with RHA Conditions of Carriage (current edition) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- United Trucks Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or force majeure.
Packaging & Loading
Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are properly packaged and suitable for transport.
Claims
Any claims for loss or damage must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Payment Terms
- Invoices are payable within agreed credit terms.
- Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and recovery costs.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
